We are a young and very vibrant professional firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers with head office in Abuja and branch offices at Kaduna Kogi and Lagos and our principal partner has over Fifteen (15) years in professional practice of Estate surveying and Valuation in Nigeria.
We are a full member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV) and duly registered with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers registration board of Nigeria to practice the profession as required by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Act, CAP 13 LFN 2004, (formerly Decree 24 of 1975).

MR. BABATUNDE.A.OJO (ND, B.Tech Est. Mgt) ANIVS, RSV– PRINCIPAL PARTNER
Mr. Babatunde .A. Ojo, He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, The Principal Partner of the Company started his career as an Estate Surveyor with Chris Onjewu & Co.; a registered firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. He left the Company and joined D’Lord Maseli & Partners, where he rose to become the Professional Services Manager as well as the Head of Valuation Department at the Head Office in Abuja and with over 15 years’ experience. He later joined the company of Sharon Properties Limited in 2013 as the Head Client Services & Facility Manager and later in 2017 became the Property Manager.
His remarkable performance and experience in the companies has enabled him to establish his own first practice as Emerald Choice Consulting in 2017 and later in 2022 when he was fully registered by ESVARBON, he set up Babatunde.A.Ojo Consulting with the aim of improving on real estate services rendered to clients and the general public. A graduate of Estate Management from Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger State. He also holds a National Diploma in Estate Management from Kaduna Polytechnic in 1997.
He is proficient and experienced; with a sizzling astuteness in property management, facility management, agency and valuation.
