Check D’Deck Homes is a company registered under the business laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria with specialty in the provision of land and land services to individuals and corporate bodies.

Presently, Check D’Deck Homes has secured and is developing  several estates in the city of Owerri in the eastern part of Nigeria called Owerri Airport City Estate as well as in the cities of Ibeju Lekki besides the new International Airport, in the city of Epe in Lagos State and the neighborhood of the Lekki Free Trade Zone and Dangote Refinery.

Located in pristine and evergreen neighborhoods, our Estates promises to be the first of their kind where fencing, security, site and services as well as landscaping is provided at minimal costs to eventual owners. The keyword being affordability as opposed to profit chasing.
